Did you accidentally delete a route? No worries! With your PRO or EXPLORER subscription, you can restore your deleted routes up to 30 days after deletion.
Please note that this feature is reserved for paid subscriptions (EXPLORER and PRO) and is not available in the free version.
From the website
- Access your routes
- Click on “My Routes” at the top right of the screen.
- Open the deleted routes section
- In the left-hand menu, select “Deleted Routes” to display the list of recently deleted routes.
- Check the retention period
- You will see in red the time remaining before the route is permanently deleted.
- Restore the route
- Click on the three small dots next to the route you want to restore.
- Select “Restore the route” from the drop-down menu.
- Confirm the restoration and the route will be reinstated in your list of active routes.
From the mobile app
- Open the OpenRunner app and go to the "Routes" page.
- Select the "Deleted" tab to see the routes you have deleted.
- Select the routes to restore
- Click on the three vertically aligned dots at the top of the screen.
- Click on “Select”, then choose the route(s) to restore.
- Restore the routes
- Click on the icon representing a bin with an arrow pointing to the left.
- Confirm the restoration by clicking on "Restore".
By following these instructions, you can easily restore your deleted routes with your PRO or EXPLORER subscription.
