You have an active EXPLORER subscription, but OpenRunner indicates that you're no longer subscribed or asks you to subscribe again?
You may be signed in to a different OpenRunner account from the one associated with your active EXPLORER subscription.
Why does this happen?
This issue can occur when you use different sign-in methods: email and password, Apple or Google.
The email address associated with your Apple or Google account may be different from the one you used when creating your OpenRunner account. As a result, you may be signed in to another account that doesn't have an active EXPLORER subscription.
How can I restore access to my EXPLORER subscription?
-
Check which account you're currently signed in to:
- In the OpenRunner app, go to Profile.
- On the website, visit My Space.
- Check your email address and username.
- If these details don't match those of your subscribed account, sign out.
- Sign in again using the credentials of the account associated with your active EXPLORER subscription.
You'll then automatically regain access to your subscription features.
Still can't access your subscription?
Contact our support team and provide the email address or username associated with your OpenRunner account, along with the date of your most recent payment.
We'll help you identify the account linked to your EXPLORER subscription.
