Deleting your OpenRunner account will permanently remove all your personal data and content. This action cannot be undone.
Warning: your account will first be locked. By logging back into your account, data restoration remains possible for a period of 30 days.
From the website
Log in to your OpenRunner account.
Go to My Space.
Open Login details.
Click Delete my account and confirm.
From the mobile app
Open the OpenRunner app.
Go to the Profile page.
Select Login details.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
What happens after deletion?
Your account is immediately locked.
It is permanently deleted within 30 days.
All associated data is deleted, including:
saved routes and tracks,
personal information,
account preferences and settings.
Newsletter subscriptions are automatically cancelled.
Important information
Once deletion is complete, data cannot be recovered.
If you wish to use OpenRunner again, you will need to create a new account.
