Since 28 May 2024, subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period. You can cancel your subscription after activation to stop automatic renewal at the end of the current period.
Cancellation after subscription activation – to avoid being charged the following year
If you subscribed via our website:
Log in to your personal account on our website.
Go to the "Subscription" section.
You will see the note “Next renewal on: …”.
Click "Edit", then select "Cancel subscription".
If you subscribed via our app:
Open the app.
Go to the "More" section, then "Subscription".
Follow the instructions to cancel the renewal.
Important: Cancelling the renewal does not prevent you from using your subscription until the end of the current period.
